Welcome to the website of the UK Visa Application Centre in Kazakhstan

UKBA plans to conduct a customer survey to gather views of customers, staff and stakeholders on the information they provide via their websites, call centers and hard copy INF leaflets.

The survey will run from Monday 11 August to Friday 5 September both online (via the UKBA Visa Services Website) and in hard copy form

"Customer Survey – Your views count! Please spend a few minutes completing this survey. Your feedback will help us improve our service to you and other customers in the future."

  • WHERE CAN I GET ADVICE?

Our staff cannot give you advice on how to complete your application, or what type of visa you should apply for. If you need help with your application or advice about the UK's immigration rules and requirements, you should seek advice from a qualified immigration adviser. In the UK these are immigration advisers regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC - www.oisc.gov.uk) or legally qualified professionals regulated by designated professional bodies. Their websites are:

Law Society of England and Wales
    Law Society of Scotland
    Law Society of Northern Ireland
    Institute of Legal Executives

  • Who Decides If I Will Get A Visa?

Your visa application will be processed and decided by UK Border Agency staff. Neither VFS, nor any of our staff, play any part in or influence the outcome of your visa application.

If any member of our staff claims to be able to influence your application, you should inform the nearest British diplomatic mission as soon as possible.
