The services mentioned here are optional. To use them, you will need to pay an extra fee in addition to the visa application fee. You must pay this extra fee when you attend the visa application centre only.
You can choose to pay for a courier service to have your passport delivered to you at the address you provide, once a decision has been made. You need to provide VFS with a letter confirming that you would like to use this service. The cost of the courier service depends on the postal address. For major cities within Kazakhstan the cost is 3000KZT and for other cities 6000KZT. The courier cost for Kyrgyzstan is 12000KZT and for Tajikistan is 5000KZT (one way).
Submission on Saturday – book a weekend appointment
Weekend appointments allow applicants to make an appointment at the UK visa application centre on Saturday, at a cost of 12000 Tenge all inclusive, for each appointment, which does not include the visa fee.
How to apply for the service

You can book an appointment after you finish filling your application online. At the end you can select any date in the calendar. To confirm your Saturday appointment you need to send a request to e-mail: info.ukkz@vfshelpline.com.

Next, you could visit the Visa Application Centre at the time and date of your appointment and pay for this service on arrival.
You may cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time, by sending an email to: info.ukkz@vfshelpline.com and by cancelling it online through your account.
